Digital menu

Your menu as a web page instead of paper. Guests scan a QR code at the table and see the menu on their own phone — exactly like the one scrolling in the preview. Change a price in the portal and it is instantly up to date on every table. Nothing needs reprinting.

Wallet loyalty cards
from €50 / month per brand
Your own loyalty card right in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — where boarding passes and concert tickets live. The big difference: your customers don’t install any app. Scan a QR code once, register briefly, done — the card sits in their phone, in your design with your logo. Stamps and offers appear right on the card, your messages right on the lock screen. From the Smart tier (€70), automated emails such as birthday greetings run on their own. The animation shows the full flow.

- Your customer scans the QR code and adds the card to their wallet, no app needed.
- On every visit they collect stamps; the card updates itself.
- You reach them with wallet notifications and emails — straight from the dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
Does my customer have to install an app?
No. Wallet loyalty cards and the digital menu work without an app — scanning a QR code is enough. The loyalty card then sits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Signing up is free and needs no credit card. You only add a payment method when you book a module. On the free plan it is not needed.
Are there setup fees?
No, there are no onboarding or setup fees.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Everything is self-service via the loyal portal: design your card, print QR codes, manage your menu. Explainer boxes on every setting show what it does.
How does billing work with multiple locations?
Wallet loyalty cards are priced per brand — however many locations you have. Only the digital menu is billed per location (€25). You add locations yourself at any time.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time — in the portal under “Manage subscription & payment”. There is no setup fee.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany (Hetzner, Nuremberg). Emails are sent via the EU region of our email provider. A data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is available on request.
I already use paper stamp cards — how do I switch?
Put up the QR code: your guests get their wallet card on their next visit. Your team credits stamps already collected on paper with the bonus stamp action — several stamps with one scan. With starter stamps, new cards don’t have to start at zero. An existing customer list can be imported via CSV in the Scale tier.
Can I combine modules?
Yes, all modules can be combined freely and booked individually.
Can I award stamps without a POS system?
Yes. With the stamp scanner in the loyal portal, any smartphone or tablet becomes a terminal: scan the card’s QR code, award the stamp, done. Optionally with daily limits and separate accounts per location.
What are weather automations?
loyal checks the daily weather forecast for your location. At your thresholds — e.g. chance of rain above 30% — the matching campaign starts automatically via email and wallet push, such as a rainy-day coupon. Included from the Smart wallet tier (€70).
Can I send emails from my own domain?
Yes. In the portal you add your sender domain and set up DKIM and SPF with a status display — your automations and campaigns are then sent from your own address.
What happens to existing contracts?
Existing customer contracts continue unchanged. The modular model applies to new bookings.
