Proprietary Notice

Loyalty Light (including its APIs, endpoints, schemas, SDKs, dashboards, documentation, and branding) is proprietary to Loyal Systems Innovation GmbH (“Loyal Systems Innovation GmbH”). All rights reserved. By accessing the API and documentation, you agree:

Ownership & License. The materials are owned by Loyal Systems and licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis solely to evaluate or operate the Loyalty Light service under your active agreement with Loyal Systems Innovation GmbH.
Confidentiality. Non-public endpoints, keys, schemas, dashboards, and any performance data constitute Confidential Information. You will not disclose or publish them without prior written consent.
Restrictions. You will not (a) redistribute or republish the documentation; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code; (c) bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls; (d) scrape or mine the docs/content; (e) use the materials to build a competing service; (f) use brand assets without written approval.
Security & Keys. You will protect API credentials and promptly notify Loyal Systems of any suspected compromise or misuse.
Acceptable Use. You will comply with applicable laws, our rate limits, and all posted technical requirements and style/brand guidelines.
Termination. Access may be suspended or terminated for breach. IP and confidentiality obligations survive termination. This Notice supplements the Terms of Service, which control in the event of any conflict.
