Where sign-ups come from

This notice supplements our privacy policy. The controller is Loyal Systems Innovation GmbH, contact details in the imprint.

What we pass on

When you click a sign-up button on our website, the link to our customer portal carries which button and which page you came from, the language of the page, the first page of your visit, the name of the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you used to reach our website (so-called UTM parameters). We do not set cookies for this, store nothing on your device and use no third-party services.

What we store

If you create a business account, we store these details with your account. We also record when you reach key steps, such as booking a module or issuing the first loyalty card. We do not store IP addresses, browser identifiers or the full address of the referring page for this.

Why

We evaluate this information only internally and in aggregate, to understand which content and channels lead to sign-ups and how well new customers get started. We do not share it with third parties.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is improving our offer and website and aligning our marketing spend with actual results. The data is deleted when your business account is deleted.
