Points for every order
You choose the model: points per euro spent or a reward after a fixed number of orders. Your shop reports every paid order via REST API. Each order number is booked exactly once, so repeated webhooks do no harm.
Cancellations and returns netted cleanly
If an order is cancelled, one API call reverses its points. The points account always matches the orders customers actually kept.
Voucher codes from points
From the points threshold you set, customers exchange points for a voucher code. Your shop checks the code via API and redeems it exactly once.
Points balance in your shop’s customer account
Customers are identified by their email address, with no extra sign-up. Your shop fetches the current balance via API and shows it where customers expect it: in their account or in the cart.
Points notice on the thank-you page
A small script shows after checkout how many points were just added and how many are left until the next voucher. No API key ever sits in the browser, only a one-time read token for that single order.

Create and rotate API keys yourself in the portal. Every endpoint is described at docs.loyal-app.de.
